Artificial intelligence in management: possibilities and limits

In eight weeks you audit AI opportunities in your own organization — process by process — and present the resulting map to a panel of experts. Not a single pilot but a portfolio: every opportunity comes with a priority, barriers, data readiness and a named owner.

Choose a cohort ↓ Adapt it for your team

Three cohorts. Choose by date and language.

The core program is the same for every cohort; cases and guest experts are chosen to fit the people in it. Each cohort opens with two days in person and continues online; the city is given on each cohort card.

A map of what AI can do in your organization — and what it shouldn't.

A prioritized list for your project: what can be done, expected effect, barriers, and who owns each item.

The seven-check method your leadership team keeps using after the program.

Where the limit lies today in decisions, operating model, security, customers, marketing and HR — and where it is moving.

Executives who know what AI really can do come with proposals for their own function.

Lectures move the thinking. The project moves the map.

Online weeks: two 2-hour lectures with group project work, a 1-hour expert consultation and about 2 hours of independent work. Click a week to see the topics.

Seven checks for every opportunity.

Not a separate module but a checklist built into the project work from week 2. Every item on your map passes all seven before the final session.

One core. Tuned to your group.

The eight-week core stays the same for every group of executives. What changes is how close it sits to your company and your industry — choose a format to see what adapts.

What a graduate can do.

For top management and heads of functions. Work runs in project groups of 5–7; every participant brings their own project.

Tell automation from transformation; know where the frontier lies in management and which way it is moving.

Describe how a function works today, find costly and error-prone processes, and name the regulatory limits of every jurisdiction you work in.

Build a list of AI use cases, describe the target process and set requirements for the technology — and see where AI is not worth it.

Estimate effect and cost, plan how to remove barriers, assign who approves and stops a system, and draft a basic rollout plan.
