Artificial intelligence in a manager’s work
Two formats. One fee per cohort.
For the heads of departments, teams, processes and projects. A cohort is formed from one company, up to 60 managers.
It is a companion to “Artificial intelligence in management”, our 8-week program for top executives. The programs run in parallel: managers do not wait for the executives’ results. They share one language: the same definition of an AI agent, the same seven-block assessment frame and the same three groups of decisions (the algorithm decides, a person confirms, a person decides). At the start of week 6 of the executives’ program the two groups meet at a joint session, where the department audits go into the company’s opportunity map. The program can also run on its own.
4 weeks, 20 hours (22 with the functional track), online: two 2-hour lectures a week with practice in groups with moderators, and an hour of independent work. Week 5 is for preparing the joint session, which takes about 2 hours on top of the main hours.
$18,750 per cohort up to 60 together with the program for top executives, $20,000 for a standalone cohort. The fee does not depend on the number of participants.
Public services such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, DeepSeek or Qwen that support files and standing instructions. If a participant has none, the institute can provide access for the duration of the program; a corporate account can be used too. For exercises with internal documents without a corporate account, a training set of a “typical department” is used.
No. The program is non-degree and non-accredited; graduates receive an IBT certificate of completion. A joint certificate with a top university is available on request.
Russian or English. Some speakers work with interpretation.
